I saw a write up online about how a man was in a bus and there was an argument about what a man can do can, a woman can do better. He didn’t want to listen so he plugged his ear piece and didn’t get into the argument with them. He got home and asked his wife and she jumped and answered in affirmative like are just knowing. He didn’t argue with her but rather carried her like he carried her at their marriage registry to the sitting room and told her to carry him back but she couldn’t so he gave a standing order for her not to join other women in such conversations.
First of all I will like to say when this statement was first made I am sure it was not to measure physical strength and when I hear men say things like “can you impregnate a woman” or a woman say back that “can you carry a child in your womb” I go dumbstruck. Those are cheesy lines.
This is not a gender argument post neither is it a philosophical talk. It’s simply reality. Men are awesome, women are awesome and our men cannot deny the fact that women overtime have proved the statement “what a man can do, a woman can do better” right. We don’t need to get into loud argument about it or make noise.
Men naturally were created to be the head, they have ego and they like to dominate and I don’t know why women like to struggle that stand with them. I have never seen a man struggle a woman’s stand with her but we all know that the stand of a woman on earth cannot be overemphasized. If you have a woman in your life you can relate well with what I just said(lol). Men will never give up their stand as the head with mere talks and I doubt anybody will ever do that. If as a woman you have something to show that makes a difference (different from what a man would do), then do do it and prove the statement right.
We have women who have made history. Has anyone ever thought about why Queen Elizabeth ( popular known as the virgin Queen) made history? (if u don’t know the reason, read up). We have women like Helen Keller, Emily Murphy, Dorothy Hodgkin, Dora Akunyili, Tegla Loroupe, Benazir Bhutto, Shirin Ebadi, Billie Jean King, Betty Williams e.t.c. The list can go on. Those are women who have proven that “what a man can do, a woman can do better”. They made a difference.
So I was wondering why we have never had a saying like “what a woman can do, a man can do better (lol)”. I would have preferred making history to making loud arguments or loud noises on this topic. So I concluded when next I hear such argument about “what a man can do, a woman can do better” I will just tell them “what a woman can do, a man can do better”. This is just to confuse them and stop this argument(lolz). Talk is cheap, so let’s stop the noise and make history.
Agree or disagree, comments are welcome (kisses and hugs)
